The best place to find Dinraal's Scale is at the [[Tabantha Great Bridge]]. Warp over to the [[Tabantha Bridge Stable]] and sit at the campfire until 5am. Then travel to the nearby bridge and wait, as Dinraal will pass underneath the bridge around 7am. When he does this, it is fairly easy to hop down and shoot his body with an arrow.
