Bokoblin Guts are a material found in Breath of the Wild. They can be obtained as an uncommon drop by defeating any Blue Bokoblin or higher. It can be used to upgrade pieces of armor found in the game, such as the Hylian Trousers, but also can be traded with Kilton at his shop, the Fang and Bone, for 10 Mon each.

Standard orange Bokoblin will not drop Bokoblin Guts. They can be only be acquires from Blue Bokoblin, Black Bokoblin, Silver Bokoblin, or Gold Bokoblin. While these Bokoblin are not quite as abundant as their orange counterparts they are still plentiful across Hyrule. Bokoblin Guts are often times found alongside Bokoblin Horn and Bokoblin Fang.

Cooking
Like other monster parts, Bokoblin Guts can be cooked with Bugs, Frogs, or Lizards, to create Elixirs. The Bokoblin Guts don't add anything of substance while cooking, but are required to make the Elixir. If Link adds Bokoblin Guts to a dish with regular food, or if Link exclusively cooks monsters parts, this will result in Link making Dubious Food.
