The Soldier II Reaper is a type of Fused Weapon found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of one-handed swords with a Soldier Construct II Horn. A common fuse variety is with a Strong Zonaite Longsword and a Soldier Construct II Horn. This weapon has a power of 20, but the actual strength of a Soldier II Reaper will be dependent on what items are fused together.
In addition to fusing these manually, they can also be found in treasure chests located outside Pondside Cave as well as inside the Fire Temple and Water Temple. The actual tier of the weapon will depend on your World Level.
