The weapon is formed by Fusing a claymore weapon, such as a Soldier's Claymore, with a Snowball.
A Snowball Claymore can be found in the base at the South Tabantha Snowfield, well south of the Snowfield Stable. It is next to a series of weapons that the Blue Boss Bokoblin or nearby Blue Bokoblin might pick up.
