The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located on a table just west of Batrea Lake, next to the camp where Agus and the rest of his group can be found.
The note gives the receipe for Princess Zelda's Meat and Rice Bowl. The recipe requires the exact ingredients of some Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt.
