The Daruk sculpture can be found just northwest of Goron City. The sculpture overlooks Goron City, just to the northwest.
A Picture for Lakeside Stable

After completing one of the Regional Phenomena and acquiring the Camera, Link can examine the portrait wall at the Foothill Stable. This will cause Ozunda to call him over, beginning the quest. Ozunda wants to hang a picture of the Goron Champion, Daruk. Link can then warp over to Marakuguc Shrine, where he has a clear shot to take a picture of the Daruk sculpture.
Link can then return to Foothill Stable and show this picture to Ozunda. He'll recreate the picture on the wall, completing the quest. Ozunda will reward Link with a Pony Point, as well as a Fireproof Elixir.
