Can't Add Korok Seed?

I see things got locked about 10 months ago.

I checked both my completed and uncompleted map but I ran past a Korok seed today that wasn't there even when I had "show completed" on the map.

Can someone add this for others? Or figure out why it isn't showing on the interactive map?
