ZQuest Classic, traditionally known as Zelda Classic, is a tribute to The Legend of Zelda series. Beginning as an exact replica of the original NES game, ZQuest Classic allows the development of new quests that can use either the traditional graphics or enhanced graphics, as well as new enemies, items, and challenges. It supports scripting via a custom language called ZScript.

It was renamed to ZQuest Classic in July 2022 over trademark concerns, although the ZeldaClassic.com domain still works as of April 2023.

Originally, it was released for DOS. As of 2023, versions are released for Windows 7+, MacOS, Linux, and browsers.
