Walton is a Korok from Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
Walton can be found sleeping on top of the Great Deku Tree, where fairies gather. Once Link has begun the Hero's Sword main quest, he can talk to Walton to be presented with the "Riddles of Hyrule", a group of five riddles, each requiring an item to be dropped onto the leaf in front of Walton. Presenting Walton with all five items will lead them to give Link a diamond in return.
