Continue heading west from the research lab and fly across Bloodleaf Lake to the opposite cliffside. You'll find a stump that will trigger a timed yellow circle on the cliff you just flew from (marked with the X on the picture), which coincides with the Korok Seed marker on the map. Using Revali's Gale helps ensure you have enough height and time to make it to the circle.

Tumlea Heights

Tumlea Heights is an area in Breath of the Wild. It is directly west of the Akkala Tech Lab, and houses the blue flame needed to start up the tech lab.

Nearby Korok Seeds

Step on the stump.

Hit the leaves, then throw the rock.

Head west into a grove of trees. You'll find a circle of red bushes with leaves in the middle. Hit the leaves to disperse them and uncover a rock to be thrown.
