The "Treasure Teller" is a shop in Phantom Hourglass on the eastern side of Mercay Island in the Southwestern sea. It appears only after you have completed the 3rd visit to the Temple of the Ocean King, made apparent to the player by a man standing outside.

The Treasure Teller is a service in which a man, who simply refers to himself as 'the teller of treasures!', puts prices on and buys (if you wish), your Treasure and Ship Parts. Regardless of the item you are offering, he will react in shock with the exclamation - 'Gah! What's this?!'.

The prices he will pay are, 50 Rupees ('Such a trifle'), 150 Rupees ('A common sort of thing'), 800 Rupees ('I'd put that pretty') and 1500 Rupees ('Wh-where'd you find that?!'). When attempting to sell a ship part which was stock on Linebeck's ship, or Eddo's cannon, the Treasure Teller will claim that it is 'barely worth a mention' and so move on.
