Tingle

Tingle is a 35 year old man, who is obsessed with fairies and rupees.

Majora's Mask

Tingle was first introduced in Majora's Mask. He is floating above making maps. If Link pops Tingle's balloon, then he will talk to you, and comment on how you both have matching fairy costumes. You can then buy maps from Tingle.

Wind Waker

The next time we meet Tingle, we save him from a prison. For saving him from prison, we are given a map to his Island. You later must pay Tingle to translate your Triforce charts.

Four Swords

Sometimes when you cannot collect Force Gems fast enough, Tingle will fly in on his red balloon and snatch them up. If you are playing multiplayer mode, in each Hyrulian Adventure level you can find a Tingle Tower, in which you can play 1 of 8 minigames.
