The High Spring and the Light Rings is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom. It is given by Nazbi, an NPC standing next to a fire at the Spring of Wisdom. Go the the island in the sky shaped like a light bulb (it's south of the Spring of Wisdom.) Shield surf from the island after activating the green circle, follow the green light trail down to the slope below, don't forget to use your paraglider to soften the landing. Shield surf down the slope going through the green rings. At the end of the short course the shrine will appear.

Quest Description:
At the Spring of Wisdom near the summit of Mount Lanyru, Nazbi told you this legend: "Skim across snow, from the spring high in the heavens to the mountain below. Pass through the rings of light to see the Light of Blessing." The "spring high in the heavens" in the legend may refer to the Spring of Wisdom.
