Stray Fairies are small fairies that often appears in different colors. They appear in Majora's Mask, Oracle of Ages and Four Swords.
Majora's Mask
Stray Fairies are used to bring back the Great Fairy to her true form. Skull Kid once broked the Great Fairy apart and scattered her pieces all around the land. There are many different Great Fairies and Link searches for the Stray Fairies to help them to gather them together forming them to their true form. Stray Fairies is being collected by Link and when Link has collected them all, the Great Fairy will reward Link with a gift.
