The Stowfish is a type of fish featured in Phantom Hourglass. It has only a 5% chance of being caught when Link catches a Rusty Swordfish or a Loovar. They can be occasionally be seen attached to these larger fish, and will be recorded in the fishing journal.

If shown to the Old Wayfarer, he will reward Link with a Ship Part.
