Spirit Medallion
Link receives the Spirit Medallion after completion of the Spirit Temple. When Link vanquished Twinrova he will step through a portal and be transported to the Chamber of Sages at which point he will meet the Sage of Spirit, Nabooru. She comments on how manly Link looks, then proceeds to deliver the Spirit Medallion unto him.
