Spirit Medallion
You receive the Spirit Medallion after completion of the Spirit Temple. When you've vanquished Twinrova you will step through a portal and be transported to the Chamber of Sages at which point you will meet the Sage of Spirit, Nabooru. She will comment on how manly you look, and then deliver the Spirit Medallion unto you.
