The Soldier IV Reaper is a type of Fused Weapon found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of one-handed swords with a Soldier Construct IV Horn. A common fuse variety is with a Strong Zonaite Longsword and a Soldier Construct IV Horn. This weapon has a power of 36, but the actual strength of a Soldier IV Reaper will be dependent on what items are fused together.
In addition to fusing these manually, they can also be found in treasure chests located outside Pondside Cave, inside the Fire Temple and Water Temple, in the Lomei, North Lomei, and South Lomei Depths Labyrinths, as well as the Lomei Sky Labyrinth. The actual tier of the weapon will depend on your World Level.
