Sneaky Vegetable Omelet

"Grants a low-level stealth boost. This home-style dish mixes fluffy eggs with chopped vegetables for nutritional balance."

— In-Game Description

An Sneaky Vegetable Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Sneaky Vegetable Omelet temporarily increases your attack power, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using any a Blue Nightshade or Silent Princess along with a Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. Using the Blue Nightshade will result in a low-level sneaky effect while using the Silent Princess will result in a mid-level sneaky effect. Using both flowers will result in a low-level effect. While cooking the "Sneaky" flower and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognised meal, it creates an Sneaky Omelet, not a Sneaky Vegetable Omelet, while adding an Silent Shroom as the fifth ingredient changes the result to Sneaky Mushroom Omelet. If an ingredient with a non-Sneaky effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Vegetable Omelet or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
