Serutabomac Shrine, also known as The Way Up, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

The Shrine is located on the northeast side of Hyrule Castle island.

The Way Up

This shrine starts off in a room with a single platform and railing in front of a opening high up
Start by using Ultrahand to move the platform up onto the railing and then back down to the floor
Proceed to stand on the platform and use Recall to reverse the object, cancel recall when you are up top and walk through the opening
This next room has two platforms, a rectangular one and a square one, attach them both together length wise, and then balance them on the railing located in front of the opening to make a bridge
The next room contains 3 platforms, 2 square and one rectangular, use Ultrahand to attach all three together to make a bridge over the the chest containing a magic rod on the left side
You can then use this same bridge over on the right side to make your way to the opening by placing it between the two railings
