The Royal Hyrule Library is a library in Hyrule Town in The Minish Cap. To enter the Temple of Droplets, Link must speak with a Picori named Librari who lives in the library. However, to reach Librari, Link must hunt down some people who haven't returned their library books yet. After the books have been properly shelved, Link can climb the books as a Minish and speak with Librari.
