After triggereing the "Captured Memories" Main Quest, go to Lake Koloko, and find the shining spot in the middle set of trees. Press A to interact with it and start a cutscene. In the cutscene, Zelda and Link head to Goron City to make adjustments to the Divine Beast there. Zelda expresses her commitment to researching the ancient technology and struggles with her own quiet anguish.
