Queen Rutela

A character who makes an appearence in Twilight Princess. She was the ruler of the Zora tribe until she was killed by Zant's minions. When Link defrosts Zora's Domain, her ghost asks Link to help her son, Prince Ralis, who has disappeared. After guiding him to Kakariko Village, she guides Link through Kakariko Graveyard to a secret chamber, where he receives the Zora Armor. This armor allows Link to breathe and swim underwater, but makes him more vulnerable to ice and fire attacks.
