Parasitic Tentacles are enemies that appear in Ocarina of Time.
Parasitic Tentacles are long "slimy things" that appear, by dangling from the ceiling, Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly. There are three of them, each with a different color: Red, Green and Blue that correspond with three electrified barriers that block Link's progress in the dungeon. They are highly electrified and can only attack, or be harmed, when they expose their slender portion, to which can be stuck a few times with the aid of the Boomerang. Once defeated, they decompose in addition to their corresponding barrier.
Trivia
- Since Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly is within the belly of a fish, the appearance of the Parasitic Tentacles is most likely based on that of real life Tapeworms.
