The Oseira Plains is a location found in Breath of the Wild.

Nearby Korok Seeds

Catch the flying leaves
Stand next to the pinwheel to trigger a balloon. Bring lots of arrows because this balloon flies quickly and in an odd pattern.
Use Magnesis to complete the block puzzle
Blow up the left wall to reveal a rock to pick up. The right wall has a Gerudo Scimitar behind it.
