Nembis is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Nembis can be found riding a Horse and Carriage along the pathway northwest of Kakariko Village. He is a traveling merchant who runs Nembis's Fine Goods, where he sells an assortment of items.[1] Most of the items he sells can be found quite easily in the wild, with the exception of Fresh Milk. He carries a stock of five and sells them for 12 Rupees each.

Talking to Nembis, he mentions that Kakariko Village is a bustling town, ever since the Ring Ruins were discovered. Since there are crowds of people there, it means a lot of business, so that's why he likes to travel to do business.[2][3]

If enemies appear near Nembis, he'll ride off with his carriage. If Link stops to help him our, Nembis will be grateful, rewarding Link with some Enduring Carrot Cake.[4][5]
