Milk is a meal that Link can make in Breath of the Wild. It can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and simply requires Link to cook just Fresh Milk by itself. Link can add an Apple to the recipe to give it additional healing power, without changing the meal. Link can add other ingredients to Milk, such as a Hydromelon, which will create Chilly Milk, giving it some Heat Resistance.
