Lake Totori is a location found in middle of hebra, which is in the north west of hyrule. In the middle of Lake Totori you will find Rito Village

Voltfish trouths are found here though they have a quite low spawn rate

You can also find hearty bass's chilfin trouts and hearty salmons

Climb to the top of the stone pillar north west of here and stand on the stump. Glide to this pillar before the time runs out.

Climb up into the hollow top of the stone pillar and place an apple in the empty basket by the statue.
