Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japanese video game holding company formed by the 2009 merger of Koei and Tecmo. Their subsidiary, Koei Tecmo Games, is a video game publisher. They also own multiple developers, including Omega Force (styled ω-Force), the producers of the Dynasty Warriors games. Most notably from a Legend of Zelda standpoint, this includes the Hyrule Warriors series.
Other divisions include Ruby Party and Team NINJA. Their publishing includes Fairy Tail, Attack on Titan, Dead or Alive, Fire Emblem and Nioh.
