The Jelly Blob is a material acquired after defeating a Golden Deku Baba in Skyward Sword. You can use the Jelly Blob to upgrade your items at the Bazaar.
For example,
If you use two Amber Relics, one Monster Claw, and one Jelly Blob, you can turn your Wooden Shield into a Banded Shield!
