Jakamar is a romantic at heart. He is dressed in typical Skyloft fashion.
Role in the Plot
On first meeting Jakamar, he's fixing the gate that prevents you from entering the rest of Skyloft. He then reminds you to pray to the Goddess over at the bird statue nearby and making a joke about "One in time saves nine". The bird statue is your save point.
