Izra is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Izra is a Hylian who can be found over at the docks, by the Wetland Stable.
The Missing Farm Tools

As part of The Missing Farm Tools quest, Link will seek out Izra, as he was the person who originally lent out the missing farm tools to Princess Zelda.[1] When Link speaks with him, he can confront him about having seen the Princess. He confirms that Princess Zelda did in fact borrow the tools and never returned them.[2] He mentions that Princess Zelda needed them for something at the Florest Sandbar, which is down the river. He would like to clear up the mess if somebody would help take him down the river.[3]
