Guardian of West Hebra Sky Archipelago is a Flux Construct I miniboss that appears at the West Hebra Sky Archipelago in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Guardian of West Hebra Sky Archipelago is encountered in a circular platform, which is on one of the lower elevated Sky Islands. It is a Flux Construct I, with one of the boxes that makes up the enemy being its weak point.

Attached to the Construct is a Treasure Chest, which contains an Old Map.
