Gloom Spawn, aka Gloom Hands, are a cluster of 5 connected monsters that move rapidly once active and grab Link.  All have to be killed or the rest will regenerate.  Once killed, a Phantom Ganon can spawn .

Gloom Spawn, also known as Gloom Hands, are a cluster of 5 connected monsters that move rapidly once active and grab Link. All have to be killed or the rest will regenerate. Once killed, a Phantom Ganon can spawn.
