The Forest Training Center is a location in Ocarina of Time located in the Kokiri Forest in a hill near Link's House and Know It All Brothers House.
A Kokiri child can be seen there and if Link talks to him, he will learn Link some movements with Jump Sideways, Backflip, Roll Attack and Jump Attack. With the rocks, Link can practise some of the Sword Skills with them. Furthermore, there is a small hole called the Hole of L that leads to a locale where Link can get his Kokiri Sword.
