Eye Plants are water based enemies that appear in Phantom Hourglass.
By far, one of the toughest water enemies. They will appear right next to you, rising out of the water shooting seeds. Because of this, it's also not uncommon to accidentally bump into them, damaging you that way as well. Attack them quickly before they get close to your ship. Two hits with the cannon will defeat them. You also fight a giant version of these later on in the game. The giant versions take 5 hits with the cannon to kill and shoot green acid, damaging your ship for 1 heart.
