The East Gerudo Ruins is a location found in Breath of the Wild.
Nearby Korok Seeds
Solve the Magnesis Block puzzle. If you can't remove the block easily, climb up and press A to pick it up instead of using Magnesis.
Climb to the top of the statue and pick up the rock.
Shoot the balloon in between the statue's wrists.
