Charo is the poor beggar in the opening streets of Castle Town in Twilight Princess. He asks nicely for spare Rupees, claiming its "for the sake of Hyrule", and you can either give him 30 or 50 at a time. Give him 1000 rupees, and you will receive a Piece of Heart.
