Barles is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.

Barles is a Hylian who can be found at the far southwest end of the Oseira Plains where she is cleaning up a pile of garbage. Barles is a traveler with an eye on keeping the beauty of nature intact. Whenever she travels to a place, she wants to leave it cleaner than when she arrives.[1]
The Great Tumbleweed Purge

The area of the Oseira Plaines is filled with garbage and Tumbleweed. The Tumbleweed keeps coming in, preventing Barles from cleaning the rest of the area. She states that if all the tumbleweed was cleaned up, she'd easily be able to clean upt he rest of the garbage, piece by piece.[2] Speaking to her will begin The Great Tumbleweed Purdge side quest.
