Redhran is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

Redhran is a member of the Zonai Survey Team who can be found on top of the Digdogg Suspension Bridge. He spots the Device Dispenser and wonders what this unusual relic is. He believes the device is meant for a speical purpose and mentions that similar devices have been found near Kakariko Village and Tarry Town.[1][2][3]

If it begins to rain, Redhran will run back towards the tent in the center of the Digdogg Suspension Bridge.[4]
