Guards' Chamber is a location in Hyrule Castle from Breath of the Wild. You can find the Royal Guard Boots here. At the end of the upper balcony you can also find a Falcon Bow. In a small space under the stairs down to the lower level with the Moblin one can also find a Savage Lynel Shield in a Treasure chest.

This ledge is just below the last curve in the path before it enters the castle. Bomb the breakable wall, then lift the stone. (Click 'Korok Seed' above for a map.)
