The chest can be found deep in Royal Hidden Passage. Link may access the hidden passage while starting Who Goes There? - side adventure which activates after completing a Regional Phenomena. The black and blue breakable wall which needs multiple hits to break leading to this chest, multiple shots bow with explosives and melee (or thrown) weapons fused with hard matirial is recommed. There are Stalnox and Ice Like nearby which Link can bypass.
