Jirutagumac Shrine, also known as A Flying Device, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

This Shrine is found on the Gerudo Sky Archipelago.

Place a wing on the left track (ignore center).
On the new island, there are respawning carts. Place a cart below the wing and attach. Fly to the lower level.
Grab the fan nearby and attach it to the rear of the wing. Remember to check the direction the wind will blow.
Fly over to the exit.
