Cold Resistance
Cold resistance is an effect that Link can get that is almost crucial in finishing the game. Cold Resistance can be given either by clothes/armor, meals, or elixirs.
Armor
Items that give cold resistance are: Warm Doublet, Snowquill Headdress, Snowquill Tunic, Snowquill Trousers, and the Ruby Circlet.
Meals/Elixirs
To make a meal give Link the cold resistance effect, simply add these ingredients (the more ingredient, the higher level of cold resistance): Sizzlefin Trout, Spicy Pepper, Sunshroom, or Warm Safflina. To make a Spicy Elixir, simply cook monster parts and either Summerwing Butterflies or Warm Darner.
