A Silent Shroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw. Roasting it over an open flame turns it into a [[Toasty Silent Shroom]], which restores ¾ of a heart, but has no stat-boosting effect.

Silent Shrooms can be used in a variety of [[Breath of the Wild Recipes|Recipes]], and they have an extra cooking effect of increased stealth. Silent Shrooms can also be used to create [[Dye|Light Blue Dye]] at the [[Kochi Dye Shop]] in [[Hateno Village]].
