The Winged statue is an object from Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Winged statue can be found in the Depths. There are a series of such statues, with one pointing to the next, leading toward the Abandoned Hebra Mine. However, a blockage prevents Link from actually reaching the aboned mine using these statues. Instead, Link will need to access the mine directly from underneath Rito Village.

When following the Winged statues, Link will come across the Uoyoyuik Lightroot, Nabahi-ikat Lightroot, the Lindoor Canyon Mine, and the Tikanur Lightroot.
