Armourer is a character featured in Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Like every shop owner in Port-Ville he's scared and will only buy items when you pay him (20 Rupees). He likes weapons, shields and armour. When you give him fireworks, he will sell Tingle an empty jar.
