Okay, I'm not going to put this in the article because there is no way it is the intended or simplest answer, but just to note for posterity how I did the second room:
- Move the ball out of the way.
- Put the cube on the rail.
- Put the ball back on the rail so that the cube is between it and the paddle.
- Use Ultrahand to hold the paddle in a horizontal position for an extended time, then let it fall.
- Use Rewind to put the paddle BACK into a horizontal position (this only works if you let it fall first), then use Ascend to get on top of it while it's still horizontal.
- Jump on top of the cube.
- Use Ultrahand to stick the ball in the basket. (You need to get close to the edge, but by being slightly closer by being on the cube rather than the main platform, you can just make it).
