It should be noted that (at least in the 3DS version) there are not two Skulltulas in clay pots in the Storage room of the Oceanside Spider House, only one of them is in a clay pot. The other one is actually above the ceiling in a barrel, you need to hook-shot to it from the highest point you can climb up to in the room.
