File:Maiamai-Death-Mountain-01.png|Requirements: [[Power Glove]]. From the [[Weather Vane]] found on Death Mountain, walk to the southeast to see a series of large rocks as well as a small rock. The Maiamai can be found underneath the rock.

The further exit to the west can be reached by breaking the rolling boulders or merging into the wall to avoid them. Exit the cave and merge along the wall to the right to find the Maiamai.

Take the moving plaforms until you reach the ledge with the two Lynels. Merge along the southern wall and take the platform until you reach two more platforms. Take the path on the right and exit the cave. the Maiamai is underneath the rock.
